The Brief

Phase8 were commissioned by Eureka247 to design and develop a fully bespoke service that brings investors, home-hunters, tenants and holidaymakers together with agents, developers and private sellers.

The project required Phase8 to develop, a solid, stable website enabling Eureka247 to generate revenues from businesses advertising on the site. This needed to be balanced with allowing users to search and find property that matched their geographic, budgetary and personal requirements.

The Solution

Eureka247.com needed to compete with world-renowned competition, with considerable focus given to hardware and foundations designed for robustness and maximum scalability, all of which were to be handled in-house by Phase8. Extensive work was required to produce a step-by-step, database driven, Flash-based breakdown of the world’s continents, countries and regions, providing direct access to the properties contained within the selected region.
